Emirates Driving Company (EDC) has strengthened its position in the UAE mobility sector through the acquisition of a 22.5% stake in Mwasalat Holdings, with an option to increase its share to 50.6%. This investment marks EDC’s entry into the broader mobility sector and solidifies the company’s position as a “mobility pioneer” in the UAE. Abu Dhabi, UAE; October 21, 2025 – Emirates Driving Company (ADX: DRIVE), the leading driving education provider in Abu Dhabi and a subsidiary of Multiply Group (ADX: MULTIPLY), an Abu Dhabi-based global investment holding company, announced the completion of its acquisition of a 22.5% stake in Mwasalat Holdings LLC, with an option to increase this stake to 50.6%.
This strategic investment reflects EDC’s long-term growth strategy and aims to reinforce its position as a “mobility pioneer” focused on accelerating innovation and expanding its role in providing integrated, safe, and sustainable transportation solutions across the UAE and the region.
